The Job

Biocol Labs is a dynamic and innovative DTC eCommerce company committed to delivering exceptional online shopping experiences. We are looking for a creative and versatile Designer to join our fast-paced team. If you are passionate about designing compelling digital content and have a knack for e-commerce, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and Design DTC Ads: Create engaging and effective advertisements for social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Understand target audiences and design ads that resonate and convert.
  • Email Campaigns and Automations: Design visually appealing and effective email marketing campaigns. Work with marketing teams to develop automation strategies that enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Web Design: Enhance our website's user experience and conversion rates through innovative and responsive design. Implement design strategies that align with our brand and sales objectives.
  • Basic Web Programming: Utilize basic programming skills to assist in web design and functionality improvements. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript preferred.
  • Landing Page Design: Develop and design various landing pages including advertorials, listicles, and other promotional content that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Social Media Posts Design: Create compelling and brand-aligned designs for our social media posts, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
  • Support Design Needs: Assist the team with various design needs such as flyers, event materials, product packaging, and other creative projects.

Qualifications:

  • Moderate experience in graphic design, preferably in a DTC or eCommerce setting.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Experience with social media advertising and email marketing design.
  • Basic understanding of web development and programming.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, particularly in digital media.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
