Building on our London Studio's success, we're now launching Naama in New York!
We're looking for a VP of Marketing & Growth to lead and develop the marketing strategy in its entirety in NYC and London while driving growth, acquisitions and partnerships. You will shape how our brand is perceived and influence the culture of Naama NYC. Contributing to revenue growth and profitability, you will build the US brand from the ground up which will make a huge impact on the business. Being such a huge part of a brand's expansion story allows you to leave a lasting impact on the organisation.
The Position
- Driving Growth and acquisition of new clients
- Responsibility for all brand marketing, creative, performance marketing and sales, developing strategies that align with our values, vision and mission
- Creating a compelling vision that is thread through all materials, initiatives, and communications.
- Developing a powerful framework for optimising channel synergy for maximal impact
- Shaping partnership programs and implementing a global playbook for NYC and London
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales and Head of Brand Creative to devise an impactful plan and performance strategy.
- Building robust connections with both external and internal partners, shaping value propositions, addressing marketing needs, and pinpointing target audiences as well as influencer VIP strategy.
- Defining a bold strategy and clear pathway to position NAAMA as a leader in tattoo removal in NYC.
- Balancing paid performance marketing and organic unpaid opportunities, securing profitable client acquisition and maintaining high-quality retention throughout their journey
- Recruit a sales team in USA and work closely with the existing and new sales teams on what our clients are looking for, and how we can produce materials and experiences that meet those needs while increasing revenues
What you're good at :
- You are an exceptional VP of Marketing & Growth and have a proven track record of making a significant impact
- Extensive experience in marketing functions ideally within a B2C environment with a physical location/store
- Start-up experience is truly valuable
- Expertise in the wellness, retail, dermatology, medical laser, and skin spa industries.
- Strong leadership skills, having overseen teams across multiple marketing disciplines and departments.
- Proven ability to boost revenue and drive profitability
- You will have an appreciation for the significance of customers and a commitment to delivering an exceptional and premium service
- Impeccable communication skills to use both internally and externally.
- You must be based in the New York area with local experience
