and content lead to join our talented team and take our social media to
the next level. Our ideal candidate is a Hungry go-getter who can live
and breathe the brand - excited at building the no.1 social brand name
in tattoos/tattoo removal. They thrive in the fast-paced world of the
internet and how to spot social-first engagement-based creative
opportunities. They can create relevant social media content that
moves the needle; grows our audience and increases our customer
base.

Role Overview:
As a NAAMA sales executive, you will be responsible for converting leads into bookings through various inbound and outbound communication channels. Your role will support both client acquisition and retention efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
- Engage with leads through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, SMS, live chat, and email to convert them into bookings, adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Pipeline Management:
- Monitor and re-engage with leads to ensure conversion.
- KPI Monitoring:
- Track and ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
- Follow-up on Consultation:
- Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into package sales.
- Client Education:
- Educate clients on the booking and tattoo removal process, addressing their questions quickly and professionally.
- Data Management:
- Accurately record and maintain lead information, appointment details, and other relevant data in the CRM and booking systems.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the studio team to ensure all consultations result in package sales.
- Marketing Insights:
- Identify trends and opportunities for marketing initiatives and report back.
About You:
- Experience in Med Spa/Aesthetics is essential
- Thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a med spa environment
- Proactive and positive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully
- Familiarity with Zenoti or other CRM solutions
- Ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work evenings and some weekends
- This is a remote role

For this New York, New York United States-based position, the expected base salary is $70000-$80000 +++ KPI and Commission
